CGE Pier topper- Secure mounting for your CGE This solid aluminum pier topper for the CGE allows very secure attachment of the electronics pier to any pier or commercial pier plate. The adapter has been CNC machined to minic the top of the CGE tripod. There are 3x 9/16" holes drilled on a 120 degree spacing and on a 4 1/2" bolt circle. 3 more holes flank these drilled and tapped to 1/2-13 threads. The center hole is drilled also to 9/16".   This image shows how the CGE is attached to the pier topper. 1 1/2" of solid aluminum will not bend, warp or otherwise shift once attached to your pier or plate. The topper is finely machined and finished in black anodize. 3x 3/8-16 holes on the sides of the topper allows you to easily bolt the electronics pier to the topper. Shown on this image is also our TPI fine AZUMUTH adjuster that allows very fine AZ adjustment to easily and accurately polar align your mount. Solid construction and a fine finish allows you to finish your secure pier mounted astrophotography or visual rig. These are available for immediate shipment.
